Job summary

foodpanda, part of Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Manager, FP&A with a regional focus to drive financial planning, forecasting and strategic partnering across the region. You will collaborate with regional functions to build robust models, analyze P&L and cash flows, and guide decisions for growth across foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti.

The role requires deep Excel modeling, proficiency in Tableau/SQL/Power BI, and strong communication to present to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–8+ years of FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting—senior candidate may be considered as Senior Manager.
• Advanced Excel modeling with data analysis experience; proficient with Tableau, SQL, Power BI for decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior decision-makers and present to executives.
• Proactive, hands-on team player who builds processes and drives projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Forecasting & Modeling: develop and maintain financial models and forecasting templates across regional scope.
• Performance Analysis & KPI Management: monitor P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and non-financial metrics; explain variances.
• Strategic Business Partnering: advise senior regional leadership and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Support Regional Functions: serve as primary contact for logistics, commercial, service operations, pricing and hit KPIs.
• Optimization & Value Creation: lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancement initiatives while streamlining frameworks.
