Job summary

Delivery Hero, including the foodpanda brand, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with regional leaders and drive financial planning, forecasting, and modeling across the region. You will translate P&L insights into strategic actions and support decision-making for key stakeholders.

You will build robust financial frameworks, manage performance metrics, and lead cost-reduction and growth initiatives while collaborating with logistics, commercial, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
• Experience: 3–8+ years in FP&A, finance partnering, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and experience with analytics tools to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting templates for regional planning.
• Monitor monthly performance by analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance managers.
• Partner with regional functions to hit targets and optimize KPIs.
• Lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives and streamline processes.
