Organon Comercializadora S de RL de C.V is hiring for a Cluster FP&A professional in the Philippines. The role focuses on Financial Planning & Analysis for AP Cluster markets, supporting day-to-day FP&A activities, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive informed decision making.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in Finance with 4+ years in financial planning, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a solid understanding of SAP/BPC.

Qualificações

• Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• Must have +6 years of experience in Finance with min 4 years in financial planning.
• Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint, or Power BI.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SAP, BPC, LPT and Office applications.
• CPA/CMA is a plus.
• Strong compliance mind-set and experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate both orally and written.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cluster management reporting as required by the global finance team.
• Collate qualitative variance analysis, R&O, and perform cluster roll-up.
• Support market finance leads in planning process and budget templates.
• Conduct pricing and profitability analysis across markets.
• Coordinate FP&A activities across functional areas and inter-company pricing.
