Job summary

Organon is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis for the AP Cluster markets. The role focuses on variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and providing management accounting support to enable informed strategic decisions.

You will coordinate with market finance leads and global functions, centralizing quantification while preserving qualitative insights at the market level. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting/Finance.
• +6 years experiences in Finance with min 4 year experience in financial planning.
• Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint, or Power BI.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• CPA/CMA is a plus.
• Strong compliance mind-set and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cluster management reporting for the global finance team.
• Collate qualitative variance analysis, R&O, and market roll up.
• Support market finance leads in planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop FP&A templates and input files for budgeting and market files.
• Conduct pricing and profitability analyses for pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with AP FP&A lead to design cluster-wide reporting processes.
• Engage in BD analysis, partnership analysis, and other required studies.
