Organon is seeking a Cluster FP&A professional to join the finance organization. The role supports the markets within AP Cluster, concentrates quantification work, and collaborates with the FP&A Lead, market finance leads, SCM and other functions to provide consolidated reporting and proactive analysis.

You will manage closing, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly cost reporting, ensuring alignment with global finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 6+ years in Finance with at least 4 years in financial planning or FP&A.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.
• English proficiency required; pharma industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong SAP/BPC/LPT knowledge and accounting/compliance mindset.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cluster management reporting for the global finance team.
• Consolidate qualitative variance analysis, R&O, and market data.
• Support commercial teams by analyzing spend against budget/forecast.
• Assist market finance leads with planning templates and budget inputs.
• Conduct pricing and profitability analysis to measure pricing effectiveness.
• Identify simplification opportunities in FP&A and related areas.
• Collaborate with AP FP&A lead to design cluster-wide reporting processes.
• Engage in BD and partnership analyses as required.
