Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a FP&A DS Sr Financial Analyst located in Manila, Philippines. This role provides planning and analysis support across major initiatives, tracks costs, manages cost centers, and drives standardization of reporting for GS projects.

You will partner with regional and global FP&A teams, support automation, and prepare materials for reviews while upholding strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required.
• MBA or financial certification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA) is preferred.
• Prior FP&A experience and SAP/TM1 skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and analysis support for major strategic initiatives.
• Track costs and headcount, manage cost centers, and explain variances.
• Consolidate reporting, standardize review decks, and support automation.
• Prepare materials for reviews and ensure internal control adherence.
• Support ad-hoc projects for process improvements and cross-functional partnering.
• Collaborate with regional/global FP&A teams to understand the base business.
