Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst in Accounts to Report (A2R DS) for the Global Finance team, based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The role supports the GSF accounting processes, closes, reconciliations, and process improvements.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and assist auditors while driving process efficiency and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Account to Report or General Accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (MS Teams).
• Fluent in English; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for GSFAccounting with high complexity MRCs.
• Close periods timely per calendar and SLA, while observing compliance and SOX.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of actuals within scope.
• Provide on-the-job training for new team members/BPO partners.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with required activities.
• Maintain strong internal controls and global policy adherence.
