Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division is recruiting for a FP&A Senior Financial Analyst in Manila, Philippines. The role will support global FP&A activities across Finance, HR, Procurement, and GS S&O, focusing on cost tracking, headcount, and financial reporting for Orthopaedics and other strategic projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and experience partnering across levels. SAP/TM1 and data analytics tools like Alteryx/Tableau are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance or related business experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization
• Strong communication, framing and presentation skills
• Motivated with forward-thinking analytical skills and problem-solving track record
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and analysis support to GS functions (Finance/HR/Procurement/GS S&O)
• Support base business partnering with regional/global FP&A GS teams
• Drive standardization and streamline reporting; automate financial packages
• Prepare materials presentations for reviews and senior management
• Administer financial policies and internal controls; monitor implementation of controls
• Support ad-hoc projects for process improvements
