Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an FP&A Senior Financial Analyst based in Manila, Philippines. The role supports FP&A activities across Finance, HR, Procurement, and GS S&O for the Orthopaedics business and other strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of FP&A experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to partner with colleagues at all levels. Knowledge of SAP/TM1 and data analytics tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting.
• 3+ years of finance or related business experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP).
• Strong communications and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support across GS functions (Finance/HR/Procurement/GS S&O).
• Partner with regional/global FP&A teams to understand the base business.
• Drive standardization and automation of financial reporting packages.
• Prepare materials for reviews and management presentations.
• Administer financial policies and internal controls; monitor compliance.
• Support ad-hoc process-improvement projects.
