Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Global Intercompany Analyst to drive end-to-end Intercompany accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely close. You will manage AR/AP components, recharge, stock, GR/IR, and netting, while maintaining controls and supporting global standardization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, perform reconciliations, and help advance process improvements and automation within a dynamic global finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or shared services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations; global processes familiarization.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Intercompany accounting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure postings, reconciliations, and substantiation of Intercompany balances.
• Identify control gaps and support resolution of issues in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Perform daily to year-end Intercompany activities, including aging analysis.
• Support timely financial close and reporting; align with global close calendar.
• Reconcile balance sheet items and follow up on unreconciled balances.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Intercompany partners to resolve disputes.
• Maintain documentation per global standards; support data integrity during changes.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing; support automation and standardization initiatives.
• Continuously look for process improvements in Intercompany operations.
