Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Analyst, Finance Planning to lead complex financial analysis for External Manufacturing Operations and strengthen close and forecasting processes.

You will build and improve reports, provide actionable business insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, independence in a dynamic environment, and the ability to translate data into recommendations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
4+ years of FP&A or manufacturing finance experience.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data structuring.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monthly Close Ownership: lead journal entries, accruals, reclassifications with accuracy and compliance.
Variance and Cost Analysis: analyze cost, spend, and volume variances; identify root causes.
Forecasting and Planning: maintain and improve financial models; support forecasting cycles.
Reporting and Financial Visibility: develop and enhance reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity.
Process Improvement and Automation: identify manual processes and drive automation.
Cross-Functional Business Partnership: support finance and operations stakeholders; connect financial results to operational drivers.
Decision Support: translate analysis into actionable recommendations and prioritize actions.
