This role requires transforming financial and operational data into clear insights that drive decision-making and operational performance. You will consolidate data from multiple sources, prepare dashboards and reports, and validate data to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in finance reporting, data analytics, manufacturing finance, or related analytical work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets with high accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring; experience with Power BI, Power Query, SAP, Copilot, Claude, or similar tools preferred.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain data, analysis, issues, and recommendations clearly to finance and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial and operational data across multiple sources to support recurring management and operational reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis packages that provide clear visibility into KPIs and business trends.
• Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of reported information.
• Support management reporting requirements by organizing data into structured, reliable outputs.
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, processes, assumptions, and standard work instructions.
