Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 5–8 years in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
• 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and multi-channel sales operations.
• Experience handling key accounts, distributors, and retail networks preferred.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales planning, forecasting, and execution abilities.
• Analytical skills in sales data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive overall sales strategy and revenue growth across retail stores, key accounts, and distribution channels
• Set sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics aligned with company goals
• Manage and oversee sales teams (retail, accounts, distributors) to ensure target achievement
• Develop and expand key accounts, partnerships, and new market opportunities
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement action plans to improve results
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand, supply, and promotions
• Ensure proper execution of pricing, promotions, and trade activities
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Oversee sales operations including order flow, reporting, and sales processes
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and capability
