Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned retail branches to ensure company standards.
Monitor store performance in terms of sales, operations, customer service, and profitability.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
Ensure SOPs, food safety, cGMP, and 5S across all branches.
Coach, train, and supervise Store Supervisors and staff to improve performance.
Analyze sales data and recommend actions to hit targets.
Ensure inventory management and minimize wastage.
Address operational issues, customer concerns, and escalations promptly.
Coordinate with Head Office for store support and alignment.
Assist in new store openings and store improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of assigned retail branches to ensure compliance with company standards
Monitor store performance in terms of sales, operations, customer service, and profitability
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, food safety standards, cGMP, and 5S practices across all branches
Coach, train, and supervise Store Supervisors and staff to improve performance and service quality
Analyze sales data and recommend action plans to achieve targets and improve store performance
Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and minimal wastage
Address operational issues, customer concerns, and escalations in a timely manner
Coordinate with Head Office (Operations, QA, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing) for store support and alignment
Assist in new store openings, store improvements, and operational initiatives

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in retail or food operations
With at least 1–2 years of supervisory or multi-branch handling experience
Experience in food retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability Strong understanding of retail store operations and performance metrics
