Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations supporting Restock logistics across locations. You will ensure high vehicle availability, preventive maintenance, compliance, and efficient fleet utilization to support daily transport and delivery requirements.

The role manages fleet performance, vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and cost controls while ensuring safe and reliable transport aligned with service level agreements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, or logistics management.
• Experience in fleet maintenance, transport operations, or trucking operations preferred.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and fleet compliance requirements.
• Experience managing transport vendors and outsourced fleet partners.
• Strong understanding of operational dispatch and logistics coordination.

• Oversee fleet operations and ensure high vehicle availability and readiness.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling, compliance, and cost controls.
