Everest Scaffolding Corporation in Guiguinto, Bulacan is seeking an experienced Head Driver/Mechanic to lead our transport operations and ensure safe, reliable vehicle maintenance. This full-time role is central to our logistics, impacting project delivery and efficiency across construction-related fleet management.

In this position you will supervise the fleet, perform repairs, maintain logs, mentor drivers, and collaborate with logistics to optimise routes and minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a supervisory role in transport and logistics.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Experience leading and developing team members.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and transport standards.
• Good English and/or Filipino communication.
• Physical fitness for manual labor and repairs.
• Experience in scaffolding transport or construction fleet is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily fleet operations including scheduling and driver coordination.
• Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain maintenance logs and fleet records.
• Manage spare parts inventory and supplier coordination.
• Train and mentor junior drivers and mechanics.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimise routes.
• Analyze fleet performance data to support decisions.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergencies to minimise downtime.
