Job summary

A leading construction solutions company located in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Chief Mechanic. The Chief Mechanic will oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles and heavy equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Candidates should have a vocational background in Automotive with certification, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. This position requires willingness to be assigned to Nia Road, Cabuyao City Laguna.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-year vocational course (Automotive) or equivalent.
• With NCII certification.
• Valid professional driver's license (123 restrictions).
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Able to diagnose, troubleshoot & assemble Heavy Equipment units.
• Experience in construction, mining, or earth-moving projects is preferred.
• Experience in personnel management/supervising a group of mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure that all mechanical operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards.
• Supervise a team of mechanics and provide technical expertise.
