Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Pasig, Philippines seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide the design, development and production of building services systems across multiple projects. You will oversee design QA/QC and ensure compliance with regional and international standards, including Australian Code.

You will manage BIM and engineering resources, coordinate with Australia offices, and contribute to strategic planning and staff growth within the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership and large projects.
• Extensive experience applying local and international standards, esp. Australian Code.
• Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships with a value-delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and production of building services systems.
• Oversee QA/QC on technical delivery of projects.
• Plan and coordinate engineering and BIM resources across projects.
• Lead and manage stakeholder engagement with Australia offices and global teams.
• Support regional strategic planning and staff development.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science or Equivalent

Master’s or PhD (advantage)
