The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Australian standards, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering large projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD may be held.
• Professional chartership/registration required.
• 15+ years of experience in civil design and project delivery.
• Experience with Australian standards and multinational teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering and BIM resources across projects.
• Oversee design and documentation of Civil Design Services through project lifecycle.
• Lead QA/QC on technical delivery.
• Manage client relationships across Australia and global offices.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of regional offices.
• Estimate man-hours, cost tracking, and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards, especially Australian Code.
• Mentor staff and support performance reviews.
