Requirements include 4+ years in product design, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience designing native mobile apps for iOS/Android.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience with ownership of multi-step flows.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered thinking and craft.
• Hands-on experience designing native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience designing platforms with multiple states, permissions and edge cases.
• Comfortable using research, data and business context to defend decisions.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for your domain—from problem framing to shipped UI.
• Use research, product data, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to scope work and define outcomes.
• Contribute to the design system, improving consistency, accessibility, and craft.
• Design credit application, card issuance, and repayment experiences.
• Translate compliance and risk requirements into clear, usable flows.
• Balance conversion goals with responsible communication of risk and cost to the customer.
