Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies.
• Portfolio shows process and reasoning, not just finished screens.
• Strong UI craft with accessible interfaces.
• Experience designing complex web/mobile/native workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from discovery to high-fidelity delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Champion the customer voice in decisions.
