Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in French (written and verbal).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer receivables and maximize cash flow by resolving payment issues.
• Full cycle of accounts receivable past due balances including research, analysis and reconciliations.
• Call customers and schedule resolution sessions to understand procure-to-pay cycles.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivables.
• Maintain customer relationships and respond to internal and external inquiries.
