Job summary

AOSP - Manila is seeking an AR Collections Analyst to support Amazon’s strategic customers, resolving billing issues and driving monthly collection targets. The role requires 2+ years of F&A experience in a large environment, cross-functional collaboration, and strong attention to detail to facilitate timely payment.

Responsibilities include managing a full AR portfolio, researching past-due balances, calling customers, resolving invoices, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• German proficiency (written and verbal).
• At least 6 months in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Flexible schedules including shifts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer receivables and maximize cash flow.
• Handle full AR cycle for past due balances—research, analyze, reconcile.
• Call customers and schedule resolution sessions on procure-to-pay cycles.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely receivables.
• Maintain AR inquiries and relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide billing guidance, identify defects, and drive upstream resolution.
• Escalate when needed and document notes in collections tools.
• Act as Voice of the Customer for top-tier customers and Sales Teams.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
