Job summary

AOSP - Manila in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking an AR Collections Analyst to support Amazon AWS by identifying and resolving billing issues, reconciling accounts, and driving monthly collection targets. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, native or fluent German, at least 6 months in customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer receivables and maximize cash flow.
• Perform full AR cycle incl. age analysis and reconciliations.
• Contact customers to resolve payment issues and schedule sessions.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and communicate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate notes in collections tools and escalate when needed.
