Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting professional to join our Makati/Alabang/Clark team on a hybrid basis. You will lead the preparation and review of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS, coordinating with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of external audit or financial reporting experience, strong communication skills, and a CPA or equivalent background.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
4+ years external audit or financial reporting experience.
1+ year supervisory or team lead experience.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, asset management, hedge funds, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Willing to work in Makati/Alabang/Clark and hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite).

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and review of annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements per GAAP/IFRS.
Coordinate engagements including planning, budgeting, client coordination, work allocation and timelines.
Ensure accuracy of footnote disclosures and regulatory disclosures.
Lead coordination with internal teams, clients and external auditors.
Prepare regulatory reports and coordinate with local and global teams.
Identify errors or problems and propose solutions.
Prepare engagement reports and attend trainings.
Identify opportunities for new clients and value-added services.
Provide guidance to team members to strengthen knowledge areas.
