Job summary

VBP in Cebu is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Assistant to support financial planners with detailed planning, reporting and client documentation. You will manage client files, prepare quotations and forms, and coordinate meetings.

The role requires a 3+ year track record in financial planning support, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with financial planning software such as XPLAN. Training and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a strong background in financial services or administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a financial planning assistant or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software (e.g., XPLAN).
• Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and review of detailed financial plans and reports.
• Manage client files with data accuracy in planning software.
• Prepare product comparisons, quotations and client application forms.
• Coordinate client meetings and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with advisers and paraplanners for compliance and QA.
• Follow up on applications and underwriting to ensure timely processing.
