Job summary

Collective Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning Team Leader to guide an offshore FP admin and paraplanning unit from our Cebu IT Park office.

You will manage back-office workflow, act as a Subject Matter Expert, and coach the team to deliver accurate, timely results. The role requires 3–4 years of Australian financial planning experience, strong communication and emotional intelligence, and the ability to spot gaps and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an offshore FP admin and paraplanning team.
• Proven ability to manage back-office workflow and ensure task quality.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all back-office workflow.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for FP processes.
