You will coordinate onboarding, review prep, and post‑SOA tasks, while ensuring compliant documentation and proactive client service. This role offers stability, growth, and exposure to AU financial planning practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' AU Financial Planning Admin experience.
• Strong understanding of SOA workflows, reviews, implementation, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Copilot.
• Strong communication, research, and documentation skills.
• Ability to self‑manage, take initiative, and drive outcomes.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, review preparation, and follow‑ups
• Coordinate and track tasks across advice, implementation, and reviews
• Handle post‑SOA tasks including implementation tracking and follow‑ups
• Ensure advice documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for adviser review
• Maintain organized, audit-ready client files and documentation
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments
• Support continuous improvement of admin processes and templates
• Deliver proactive and professional client service
