Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Paraplanner to transform complex financial information into clear, compliant advice and build Statements of Advice. You will develop advanced modelling and support advisers to deliver tailored wealth strategies with international exposure, while enjoying growth opportunities in a hybrid Cebu setup.

The role focuses on thorough documentation, accurate financial planning, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of paraplanning experience.
• Advanced experience with Xplan preferred.
• Experience in insurance pre-assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with advisers.
• Exposure to adviser strategy discussions advantageous.
• RG 146 accreditation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concise Statements of Advice and perform financial modelling involving SMSF, trust, and company structures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.
• Lead or manage small teams when required.
• Utilize Xplan's full capabilities for financial planning and reporting.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with advisers through written and verbal channels.
