Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to ensure financial data drives business decisions. You will balance books, manage tax obligations with the BIR, and partner with multiple departments across the Manila region.

Key duties include month-end closure, intercompany reconciliations, asset management, and preparation of budget and forecasts. Strong Excel/PowerBI skills and experience with SAP Magnitude are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CA/CPA or equivalent certification.
• 5-10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong statutory, accounting, reporting, and tax skills.
• Experience in international group reporting and consolidation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the month end closing process including balance sheet, GL, reconciliations and P&L review.
• Prepare monthly accruals, prepayments and inter-entity recharges with supporting calculations.
• Overheads review before monthly group discussion.
• Process monthly intercompany reconciliations and group submissions.
• Prepare monthly group reporting in SAP Magnitude and maintain controls.
