Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or similar fields.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SmoothPay, MYOB, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
• High level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing financial documents.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Supervise and guide Accounts Associates in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
