Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in support of strategic decisions. You will partner with finance leadership to drive performance across P&L, revenue, costs, and capex while guiding the team in delivering timely insights.

The role requires strong Excel modeling, Oracle EPM, and Tableau experience, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business related major required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of senior FP&A / business partnering experience with proven track record.
• Forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation expertise.
• Experience negotiating contracts with clients/vendors.
• Familiar with U.S. GAAP and international finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders and DVP of FP&A to drive finance performance.
• Manage planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly results, driving improvements.
• Utilize Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel to deliver actionable insights.
• Provide leadership and oversight for junior team members.
