Job summary

EY in the Philippines is seeking an ASEAN BU BA&I Senior Financial Analyst to join the GDS Enablement Services Finance group. You will support FP&A, compile reports, analyze revenue and costs, and participate in budgeting and forecasting to advise BU Finance leadership.

You will work with ERP tools like SAP, explore data analytics with Python/Power BI/Tableau, and contribute to ad-hoc projects while aligning with global finance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Desirable membership in CPA/ACCA/CIMA or similar bodies.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Python, Power BI, Tableau.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as copilots is an advantage.
• At least 5 years' experience in finance-related roles (FP&A).

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and provide revenue and cost analysis.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking financial results against objectives and historical performance.
• Prepare, synthesize and communicate detailed financial information to business leaders; identify risks.
• Perform and coordinate budget and forecast exercises; translate projections into meaningful figures.
• Support inventory management, including billing, WIP and debtor aging analyses.
• Assist in month-end close including journals and reconciliations.
• Execute ad-hoc analysis and data mining projects; provide finance counsel to others.
