Job summary

EY GDS in Manila is seeking a Global FP&A Assistant Director to act as a strategic finance business partner to EY's senior leadership. You will deliver financial insights, manage leadership reporting, modelling, and executive presentations to support strategic decisions.

As part of FP&A, you will collaborate with diverse teams, drive automation, and leverage Power BI and advanced analytics to transform reporting. The role offers global impact and exposure to senior executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
7–10 years of FP&A experience or similar
Strong spoken and written English

Responsibilities

Partner with Global Service Lines and Finance leaders to drive analytics and executive presentations
Model projections and analyze monthly performance and forward-looking indicators
Provide scenario modeling and ad-hoc analysis for leadership
Identify analyses to enhance performance insights and suggest corrective actions
Present complex financial data clearly for executive audiences
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across regions and functions
