Job summary

McDonald’s Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to conduct financial analysis and evaluations to support strategic decisions. You will identify risks, consolidate performance data, and analyze trends to drive profitability. You will partner with cross-functional teams and present actionable insights to leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance-related field and at least three years of relevant experience, with CPA/CMA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Minimum three years of experience in Financial or Data Analysis, Finance, Business Advisory, Planning & Budgeting or Management Reporting.
• Proficient in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management and financial modeling.
• Strong financial data analysis and business partnering with the ability to translate insights into data-driven decisions.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred but not required
• With at least three years of experience in Financial or Data Analysis, Finance, Business Advisory, Planning & Budgeting, and/or Management Reporting
• Proficient in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and financial modeling
• Strong financial data analysis and business partnering, with the ability to translate business insights to drive data-driven decisions
