Our Clients is seeking a Finance Planning & Performance Manager for its restaurant chain in Mandaluyong. You will oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis to drive profitability. The role requires 10+ years in Management Accounting/FP&A, strong modeling skills, and leadership to coach the finance planning team.

On-site work from Mandaluyong city. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, monitor KPIs, and deliver timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA or CMA is an advantage.
• 10+ years in Management Accounting, FP&A, or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in Restaurant Chains, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, ERP, and analytics.
• Leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• On-site in Mandaluyong City.
