Job summary

McDonald's Philippines (Golden Arches Development Corporation) is seeking a seasoned Franchise Recruitment Lead to grow our franchising network across the country. You will promote franchise opportunities, assess applicants, and coordinate onboarding and OJE experiences with internal teams and partners.

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Real Estate, and Training to identify and onboard future franchisees, while maintaining strong relationships with REGAPs and supporting ongoing franchise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in franchising, business development, sales, or franchise recruitment.
• Experience in applicant screening, stakeholder management, and business relationship building.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and franchise business models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the McDonald's franchise opportunity, co-lead information sessions, and engage prospective franchisees by providing clear guidance on program requirements and expectations.
• Manage the evaluation process by conducting interviews, reviewing applications, performing due diligence, and assessing candidates' suitability for franchise ownership.
• Partner with internal teams and external providers to validate applicant qualifications, coordinate onboarding activities, and facilitate On-the-Job Evaluation (OJE) experiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Registered Applicants (REGAPs), ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of franchising-related concerns.
• Pipeline Development: Support franchise growth through market visits, recruitment events, networking activities, and the continuous enhancement of franchising materials and programs.
