• Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Power BI, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, partnering, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Operations team, supporting financial performance and growth of sub-franchised stores.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve store profitability and support operating decisions.
• Partner with Field Services to identify, evaluate, and implement profitability initiatives.
• Develop financial models to assess franchising strategies, including impact analysis and risk evaluation.
• Provide guidance on accounting policies, financial programs, and business plans.

What you will do:

• Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Operations team, supporting the financial performance and growth of sub-franchised stores.
• Financial Insights: Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve store profitability and support operational decision-making.
• Performance Improvement: Partner with Field Services to identify, evaluate, and implement initiatives that drive sustainable profitability improvements.
• Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to assess current and future franchising strategies, including impact analysis and risk evaluation.
• Technical Advisory: Provide guidance on accounting policies, financial programs, and business plans to support organizational objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, franchising, or the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Power BI, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
