MicroSourcing in Libis, Quezon City seeks a Senior Financial Admin for CAPEX and asset management. This hybrid dayshift role supports plant, equipment, and logistics admin tasks and requires meticulous data handling in JDE.

You will organize asset data, prepare monthly reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate depreciation records and timely journal processing. Strong Excel and Word skills and independence are essential.

Your Role

As an Senior Financial Admin, you will:

• Manage the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) administrative process for assets, including setup and updating financial/depreciation details in JDE.

• Support assigned teams with plant, equipment, and logistics administrative tasks, including vehicle registrations, fuel card reconciliations, and journal processing.

• Process asset disposals by finalizing financial and depreciation records in JDE.

• Organize and maintain asset data across registers, reports, and systems to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.

• Prepare and disseminate monthly plant and equipment reports alongside key administrative updates to stakeholders.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative position.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn supply chain software (e.g., JDE System, MARS).
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, flexibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior experience or background in Asset Administration.
• Basic understanding or expertise in Accounting and Financial workflows.
• Proven track record of managing data registers and high-volume reporting.
• Experience with fuel card reconciliations and journal entry processing.
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive initiative in system management.
