Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional in the Philippines to manage and optimize financial processes across accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. You will act as SME for assigned processes, handle complex reconciliations, ensure data accuracy, and prepare clear reports for leadership.

The role requires a minimum of two years in accounting/finance, a relevant degree, and familiarity with Navision and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two years of work experience in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Review finance information as SME for assigned process and serve as liaison when supervisor is unavailable.
• Handle complex scenarios like client account reconciliation and billing history to aid decision making.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data provided internally and externally.
• Summarize information to prepare reports and explain financial reports to stakeholders.
• Perform QA on processes and documents and train team members as needed.
• Resolve issues in a customer-oriented manner and route tasks to the correct processor.
