Job summary

Crawco is seeking an experienced Accountant to support the financial reporting team in Manila. The role involves analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts and intercompany transactions, and assisting with quarterly input pricing reviews.

You will work with global accounting and operations teams on reporting discrepancies, prepare intercompany reports, and support audits while upholding the Crawford Code of Conduct. This is a hybrid Manila position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and prepare journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations with detailed analysis.
• Assist intercompany accounting including charges and settlements.
• Collaborate with global accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute intercompany reports.
• Assist with input pricing reviews and audits.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Uphold Crawford Code of Conduct.
