The role covers end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, budgeting, and systems improvements, with cross-functional collaboration and external-audit coordination. A CPA with 5–10 years of experience is preferred; strong Excel and SAP Business One exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience managing a full set of accounts and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems; SAP Business One exposure is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial-analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full accounting cycle: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and month-end closing.
• Prepare accurate management reports and year-end financial statements; coordinate external audit.
• Manage Philippine tax reporting and statutory filings; liaison with auditors and agencies.
• Monitor cash flow, collections, payables, inventory, and working capital; maintain internal controls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; explain variances and analyze pricing, margins, and costs.
• Oversee payroll coordination and local administration; support system upgrades when needed.
