Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to report to the President and oversee end-to-end finance operations, FP&A, balance sheet reconciliations, and control improvements. The role entails driving process enhancements, budgeting, and presenting financial findings to the board.

The ideal candidate possesses CPA certification, a JD if possible, and at least 15 years of related experience, with strong exposure to accounting, treasury, taxation, and internal audit.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA with at least 15 years of total related experience.
• Juris Doctor preferred; knowledge in Law or with legal & real estate background.
• Exposure in Accounting, Treasury, Taxation and Internal Audit.
• Proficient in generating Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and present findings to the board.
• Identify risks to delivery and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee working capital management and cash flow forecasts.

About the role

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be directly reporting to the President of the company.

Overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the board.
• Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout.
• Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
• Leading the team, will handle the Treasury Manager, Treasury Supervisor, Accounting Supervisor, Credit & Collection and Taxation section.

Ideal Candidate

• Certified Public Accountant
• Juris Doctor preferred, knowledge in Law or with legal & real estate background
• At least with 15 years of total related experience
• With enough exposure in Accounting, Treasury Credit & Collection, Taxation and Internal Audit
• Know how to generate Trail Balance, Balance Sheet and Financial Statement
