Job summary

QQ English is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial health, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management. The role requires leadership of the finance team and collaboration with auditors and executives.

Responsibilities include strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Strong analytical abilities and ethics are essential for strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA advantageous). CPA/ACCA/CMA certifications required.
• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience; 2–3 years in leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience consolidating data across departments or regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; analyze variances.
• Manage liquidity, accounts receivable/payable, and banking relationships.
• Ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors.
• Oversee accounting/finance team and professional development.
