The Finance Manager oversees an organization's financial health by guiding strategic decisions, managing risk, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance to drive profitability and long-term growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to support company leadership.

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP or IFRS.

• Cash Flow & Working Capital: Monitor liquidity, manage capital structure, optimize working capital, and oversee treasury operations.

• Risk Management & Internal Controls: Identify financial risks, establish internal compliance frameworks, and ensure audit readiness.

• Strategic Advisory: Analyze performance metrics, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and deliver data-backed recommendations on investments and cost optimization.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor accounting and finance personnel, including financial analysts and accountants.
