Cash Flow & Working Capital: Monitor liquidity, manage capital structure, optimize working capital, and oversee treasury operations.
Risk Management & Internal Controls: Identify financial risks, establish internal compliance frameworks, and ensure audit readiness.
Strategic Advisory: Analyze performance metrics, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and deliver data-backed recommendations on investments and cost optimization.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor accounting and finance personnel, including financial analysts and accountants.
