Job summary

RU Group of Companies Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Finance professional to oversee accounting, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting across the organization.

You will ensure accurate records, timely payroll processing, and compliance with government regulations while delivering insights to support strategic decisions. You will lead monthly closings, manage AP/AR, coordinate with external auditors, and drive continuous improvements in processes and controls to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies during audits
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Compute salaries, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related government regulations
• Monitor budget utilization and identify variances
• Prepare financial analyses and recommend cost-saving initiatives
