Cloudstaff seeks an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead finance and accounting across multiple entities, ensuring IFRS compliance, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls. The role oversees multi-entity consolidations, intercompany accounting, audits, indirect tax, payroll, and process improvements, while mentoring the accounting team and partnering with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 6+ years in senior accounting/finance management roles.
• Strong IFRS experience in financial reporting.
• Multi-entity consolidations & intercompany accounting.
• Experience leading external audits & auditor relationships.
• In-depth indirect tax knowledge (GST/VAT).
• Hands-on payroll oversight and internal controls.
• Leadership, team development, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS financial statements.
• Overall financial reporting and compliance.
• Oversee multi-entity consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Lead end-to-end audit processes with external auditors.
• Oversee GST/VAT and indirect tax compliance.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations and controls.
• Identify and implement finance process improvements.
• Lead and develop the accounting/finance team.
