Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Cebu City, Cebu is seeking a Finance Controller to lead the finance function, close processes, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the CFO and US teams to ensure accurate operations and compliance with GAAP and SOX, while potentially managing the local office and HR administration for the Philippines team.

Qualifications

10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing or project-based settings.
At least 3 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role with direct reports.
CPA certification and strong US GAAP, SOX knowledge.
Experience with ERP and consolidation processes (Acumatica, SAP).

Responsibilities

Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes end to end.
Prepare consolidated statements and management reporting for CFO and leadership.
Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls across finance.
Oversee Philippines office operations and liaison with U.S. leadership.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decisions.
Manage cash flow and banking relationships for treasury needs.
