Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience handling payroll and government compliance in the Philippines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities (finance + administration).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Process payroll and statutory contributions to government agencies.
• Handle tax returns, VAT filings, and corporate income tax requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Coordinate corporate filings and licensing renewals.
• Support internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist budgeting and financial analysis for informed decisions.
