Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Pasay City (MOA Complex) is seeking a Senior Intercompany and Payment Accountant to join our onsite night shift team. You will manage intercompany transactions, AR/AP reconciliations, and monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will work with Oracle/SAP/NetSuite and online banking, process PPRs, bank file validation, and secure payments while supporting balance sheet integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of intercompany accounting, accounts payable, payment processing, cash management, or general accounting.
• Strong experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and online banking systems.
• Strong understanding of payment controls, approval workflows, banking security, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
• Solid track record of managing monthly accounting close timetables and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process intra-group transactions, including manual invoices, AR corrections, reinvoices, and related documentation according to company procedures.
• Perform intercompany AR/AP balance confirmations with group entities, identifying, documenting, and resolving differences in a timely manner.
• Prepare comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations for intercompany and interrelated accounts with full supporting documentation to ensure control compliance.
• Support month-end close activities by completing AR/AP IC reconciliations, explaining variances, posting required accruals, and managing intercompany recharges.
• Execute payment workflows by preparing Payment Process Requests (PPRs), validating bank files, and processing EFTs, wire transfers, and manual payments securely through banking platforms.
